Global Manufacturing Logistics
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a manufacturer or supplier only?
We are a direct manufacturer based in our Sialkot production facility. This allows us to control the exact quality metrics from fabric raw materials to finished garments, while offering factory-direct wholesale pricing matrices with no middleman markups.
Is this mockup design free?
YES! Please share your apparel concepts or design briefs with our team. Our internal product designers will work closely with you to create and finalize professional mockups completely free of charge before production begins.
What is your sample policy?
For customized physical prototype samples, we charge a standard structural sample development fee. However, this sample fee is 100% fully refunded back to you as soon as your subsequent bulk order of more than 50 sets is officially placed.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept micro-orders?
Our production lines are structurally built for scalable bulk production runs:
- Sublimation Production Runs: Standard baseline of 12 pieces per design layout.
- Cut & Sew Layouts: Standard baseline of 20 pieces per color/style pattern block.
What are your main art techniques and decoration capabilities?
We own and operate high-capacity, heavy industry fabrication equipment within our facilities. Our primary embellishment techniques include Full Sublimation Printing and high-density Embroidery machinery. We also regularly execute specialized client requests for premium Silk Screen Printing, Heat Transfer Printing, and custom fabric Appliqué works.
Can I mix different designs in a single order?
Yes, you certainly can combine different styles! However, please note that due to custom mechanical pattern setups on our manufacturing lines, Cut and Sew items must maintain a baseline run of at least 20 pieces per individual style line.
Can I get everything customized?
Definitely yes. From custom sizing charts, tailored dimensions, fabric selection, specialized stitching patterns, to personalized labels and branding placements—kindly advise our project managers of your distinct technical demands and we will get the job done exactly to spec.
What is your lead time and turnaround timeline?
Lead times depend entirely upon the technical complexity of the garments and your total order volume. We split our operational turnarounds into two categories:
Matrix A: Sublimation Printing Orders
| Order Volume | Lead Time |
|---|---|
| Sample Prototype | 3 Days |
| 12 – 100 Pieces | 8 Days |
| 101 – 250 Pieces | 12 Days |
| 251 – 500 Pieces | 18 Days |
| 501 – 1,000 Pieces | 25 Days |
Matrix B: Cut & Sew / Embroidery Orders
| Phase | Estimated Time |
|---|---|
| Custom Fabric Sample | 7 Days |
|
Bulk Production Range: 15 to 30 Days
*Actual timelines for Cut & Sew depend entirely upon pattern style complexity, physical placement metrics, decoration layers, and current queue volumes. |
